How It Works
1. Purchase Your Authentication
Select the appropriate authentication tier for your item's brand and complete checkout through our website.
2. Submit Your Item Information
Provide your contact information, brand, item type and any available style or model information.
3. Get Your Item to Us
Choose the option that's most convenient for you:
Local Drop-Off — Frisco, Texas
After your order is placed, we'll contact you with instructions for arranging your local drop-off.
Mail-In Authentication
Prefer to ship your item? We'll provide instructions for safely sending your item to Southern Couture.
Customers are responsible for shipping their item to Southern Couture and for return shipping.
4. We Authenticate Your Item
Your item is professionally examined and submitted through the Entrupy authentication system using the required imaging and authentication process.
5. Receive Your Results
Once authentication is complete, we'll notify you of your result.
Items determined to be authentic will receive an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.
What Is Entrupy?
Entrupy is a technology-based luxury authentication service used by professional resellers, retailers and businesses around the world.
Its authentication process combines artificial intelligence, machine learning and microscopic imaging to analyze characteristics of an item that may not be visible to the naked eye.
This gives our clients an additional level of confidence when buying, selling or verifying their luxury pieces.
Before You Submit
The physical item is required for authentication. Entrupy authentication cannot be completed using photographs submitted by the customer alone.
Please make sure your item is an eligible brand and item type before purchasing your authentication service. If you're unsure whether your item can be authenticated, contact Southern Couture before placing your order.
Authentication fees are non-refundable once the authentication process has begun, regardless of the final authentication result.
Shipping costs are separate from the authentication fee.
